New Essential phone (A11) gets WiFi certified

Looks like Andy Rubin's Essential - which is yet to start shipping its first phone, the PH-1 - is already working on a new device. Carrying a model number of A11, the handset has been certified by the WiFi Alliance (WiFi). Sadly, and as is usually the case, the WiFi listing for the phone doesn't reveal any of its key specs, except that it runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. However, given that the handset has started collecting necessary certifications, we expect to hear more about it sooner than later. Source | Via
