Amazon is supercharging its smart speaker with the Amazon Echo Plus, a new Echo that also acts as a smart home hub.
The new speaker will have hundreds of partners available for it, including Philips Hue with its smart light bulbs. The sound has been improved too, which was a big knock against the original Amazon Echo.
The Echo Plus looks much like the original, but it's certainly bigger than the new Echo 2 that Amazon also announced at a surprise event in Seattle today.
The Amazon Echo Plus will cost $149.99 / £139.99 / €149.99 and is available for pre-order now.
